These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the DubaiData website, mobile applications, dashboards, data products, analytical tools, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Services.

DubaiData operates a technology and data intelligence platform that transforms complex datasets into structured indices, analytical information, and data insights across sectors, regions, and data categories. The Services may enable users to: Explore structured data indices Review current and historical data Access index methodologies and related information Explore analytical insights and data trends Access dashboards and platform tools Manage their DubaiData account and membership information Access other data and analytics services made available through the Platform DubaiData is a technology and data intelligence provider. The Services are intended to provide structured information, analytical tools, and data insights. DubaiData does not provide personalized financial, investment, legal, tax, accounting, or other professional advice.

Certain DubaiData Services may require or include a membership. Membership provides access to selected platform features, structured indices, datasets, analytical information, and other Services made available through the applicable membership offering. Membership does not provide ownership of DubaiData, its intellectual property, datasets, software, methodologies, or other company assets. Membership access, features, availability, and applicable conditions may vary depending on the membership offering and the Services available at the time. DubaiData may modify, expand, limit, or discontinue particular membership features where reasonably necessary for operational, technical, legal, regulatory, or business reasons.

DubaiData may use or integrate third-party services, technologies, infrastructure, data sources, identity-verification providers, analytics tools, payment providers, hosting providers, communication services, or other external services in connection with the Platform. DubaiData does not control all third-party services and does not guarantee their continued availability, accuracy, security, or performance. All Platform content and technology, including but not limited to: Data indices Structured datasets Analytical models Methodologies Data compilations Software User interfaces Logos Text Graphics Documentation Other proprietary materials are owned by or licensed to DubaiData and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Your use of the Services does not transfer ownership of any DubaiData intellectual property to you. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, publish, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit DubaiData intellectual property without prior written authorization.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DubaiData and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, partners, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or other damages arising from or relating to: Use of or inability to use the Platform Reliance on data, indices, analytical information, or other Platform content Errors, omissions, delays, or revisions in data obtained from third-party sources Changes to index methodologies, datasets, or Platform features Service interruptions or technical failures Third-party services, technologies, or infrastructure Unauthorized access or security incidents beyond DubaiData's reasonable control Events outside DubaiData's reasonable control DubaiData does not guarantee that the Services will always be available, uninterrupted, accurate, complete, or error-free. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

DubaiData may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to an account or particular Services where: You violate these Terms You provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information You engage in fraudulent, unlawful, or prohibited conduct Your use of the Platform creates a security or operational risk Access is restricted by applicable law or regulatory requirements Suspension or termination is otherwise reasonably necessary to protect the Platform, its users, or DubaiData Where reasonably practicable, DubaiData may provide notice before restricting or terminating access, except where immediate action is required for security, legal, regulatory, or other legitimate reasons. Upon termination, your right to access applicable Services will cease, subject to any rights or obligations that survive termination under these Terms or applicable law.

DubaiData may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to its Services, technology, operating practices, legal requirements, regulatory obligations, or business operations. Updated Terms will be published on the DubaiData website with a revised modification date. Where required by applicable law, DubaiData will provide appropriate notice of material changes. These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of the Services shall be subject to the applicable jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates, subject to any mandatory legal requirements that may apply.
