These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, mobile applications, dashboards, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use our Services.

Dubai Data operates a technology platform that provides structured market intelligence and index-based analytical frameworks across sectors and regions. The platform enables users to: Access real-time and historical market indices Review structured market data and insights Participate through membership units linked to index frameworks Monitor their unit allocations and related custodial balances Dubai Data is a technology and data intelligence platform. We do not operate as a broker, financial advisor, asset manager, or custodian of funds. All financial transactions and custodial services are handled by regulated third-party custodial partners.

Membership units: Represent structured participation in an index framework Do not constitute equity, securities, or financial instruments Do not provide ownership in Dubai Data Do not guarantee financial returns Participation through membership units is administrative and rule-based, subject to lock-in and exit conditions as described within the platform.

All user funds are held and managed by regulated custodial partners. Dubai Data does not hold, control, or manage user funds. Users acknowledge that: Custodial balances are subject to the policies and terms of the custodial partner. Fund allocation, release, and settlement are executed by the custodial partner Dubai Data acts solely as a technology interface facilitating instructions

To use our Services, you must: Be at least 18 years old Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements Successfully complete required identity verification (KYC), where applicable By using the platform, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to: Provide accurate and current information Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access You are responsible for all activities conducted under your account.

Dubai Data may apply platform fees, including but not limited to: Transaction fees Applicable fees will be clearly disclosed on the platform prior to confirmation. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

You agree to use our Services lawfully and responsibly. Prohibited activities include: Violating any applicable laws or regulations Attempting to manipulate index data or platform systems Engaging in fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive behavior Attempting to gain unauthorized access to platform infrastructure We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access in cases of misuse.

All platform content, including but not limited to: Indices Analytical models Data compilations Logos, text, software, and design are the intellectual property of Dubai Data or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification is strictly prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by law: Dubai Data shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from: Use of the platform Custodial partner actions Market data fluctuations Service interruptions Users acknowledge that market participation involves operational and market-related risks.

We may suspend or terminate your account if: You violate these Terms You provide false information You engage in prohibited conduct Termination may result in restricted access to Services, subject to custodial settlement procedures.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of UAE courts.
